All of our products go through a thorough QC and inspection process prior to shipping to ensure the highest quality. Please inspect your products carefully before use. We will RMA any broken items if there are damages that occurred during shipping. To assist with shipping damage claims, photos and details of broken items may be required. All damage claims must be reported within 30 days of shipment.
Purchases made online or by phone may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if the product is unused and in new condition, minus a 25% restocking fee. We must be notified prior to the return of the product and an RMA number issued or the return will not be processed.
Coast to Coast Entertainment does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within five business days of receiving the returned products.
